Whether we assist you over the phone or through our secure remote support tools, we believe you shouldn’t have to pay a call-out fee. We told you we’re sweet! Instead, you’ll be charged the remote support fee, which includes your first hour of remote help absolutely FREE. Just keep in mind, some issues like no internet access at home etc. may require an onsite visit, which would fall under our Home Onsite Support Service.
